Join us for the best cozy, dive-bar, monthly songwriter showcase that keeps gaining fans every month! In July, my new friend and awesome (truly!) songwriter Jeffrey Siler https://jefreysiler.com/ joins us down from NYC and local master of song Cletus Kennelly http://www.cletuskennelly.com/ will be here, too! Talking House (Brian Evans, Jeff Karn and I) hosts as usual. The VFW has cheap beer and drinks and potato chips but if you need food, the group often orders up a pizza or carry out from up the street in downtown Takoma Park.
